Good News for the people of Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and the UK.
Apple announced on Friday May 7th, 2010 that iPad will be available for sale in all these countries from May 28th, 2010. All models of iPads can be pre-ordered from May 10th.
Apple also announced in the press release that it has sold more than 1 million iPads tilln ow in the US and that customers have downloaded 12 million apps and 1.5 million ebooks from the iBookstore.
Apple further announced that iPad will be available in Austria, Belgium, Hong Kong, Ireland, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand and Singapore in July. Dates will be declared later for that.
Apple fans have made iPad a real success by such a tremendous sale in just a little more than a month. Its truly a 'Magical device' as publicized by Apple.
