Beware of Spam Attacks on Facebook. Nobody will give you Free iPad

The Above Picture shows the Example of the Fake Spam Invitation to get Free iPad

Have you recently received invitations promising you a free iPad?. Don't fall for them. They are all scams to steal your personal information which will further be used to send more marketing mails and invitations to you. Such spam attacks have increased a lot in the past month. I've received Facebook private messages that appeared to be from a friend inviting me to an event titled “Get @iPad_ for Free Event!!”. Other users have reported wall messages and status updates with phrases like “you are missing something if you don't check this website, I received a free iPad for real”. Similar spam messages have also appeared on Twitter

If you see any messages like this, please ignore them and don't spread them so the spam doesn’t spread. Sometimes your trusted friend might have sent you that but remember that his or her account could be hacked. Let them know so they can change their passwords. Speaking true I’d love a free iPad but I can’t imagine any company is just randomly giving them for no reasons. So be a Social citizen of Facebook by avoiding and reducing spam.
